Lifetime Repair Promise

Our pieces are made to last, but life happens—and heirlooms sometimes need care.

If your Cedar Sapling item becomes damaged due to normal wear or storage, we will repair it free of charge.
Just email us at care@cedarsapling.com with photos, and we’ll guide you through shipping it to us.

We believe our responsibility extends long after your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are handcrafted and often one-of-a-kind, we limit returns.

No returns on commissioned or custom pieces.
In special situations, returns may be considered within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

Shipping

Orders are typically shipped within 2 business days.
You will receive a tracking number sent to the email attached to your order once your package ships.
Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier.

If your package appears delayed, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit (and not due to an incorrect address entered at checkout), we ask for up to 30 days to file claims and create a replacement piece.
